אחריות על מוצרי סברובסקי

רשת סברובסקי מעניקה אחריות יצרן למשך שנתיים מיום הרכישה, עבור מוצרים מקוריים שנרכשו באחת מחנויות הרשת המורשות או באתר זה (בבעלות חברת SH. SHUKHA).
האחריות ניתנת בהצגת תעודת האחריות שקיבלתם בעת הרכישה או עם חשבונית הקנייה, והיא מכסה פגמים בייצור או בחומרי הגלם בלבד, לרבות נפילת אבנים או סוגר פגום.

האחריות אינה מכסה:

  • פגמים שנגרמו כתוצאה מתאונה, משיכה, נפילה, רשלנות או שימוש שאינו בהתאם להוראות הטיפול והשימוש.
  • שבר בקריסטל או כל שבר אחר.
  • בלאי טבעי, שינויים או ניסיונות תיקון.
  • תכשיטים שאינם קיימים עוד או שלא נשמרו לצורך בדיקה.

החלפה או תיקון יתבצעו לפי שיקול דעתה של סברובסקי או משווק מורשה:

  1. החלפה בפריט זהה (בכפוף למלאי),
  2. החלפה בפריט שווה ערך,
  3. תיקון במידת האפשר.

אחריות על שעונים

האחריות על שעונים ניתנת גם היא לשנתיים, למעט על הסוללה – שאינה כלולה באחריות. סוללה תוחלף באופן עצמאי ועל חשבון הלקוח אצל שען מוסמך.
במקרה של פגם אחר, השעון יישלח למעבדות סברובסקי באוסטריה לתיקון מקצועי באמצעות חלקי חילוף מקוריים.
שעונים מחוץ למסגרת האחריות – ניתן לשלוח לתיקון באוסטריה בעלות על פי מחירון החברה.

מימוש האחריות

ניתן למסור את המוצר הפגום לאחת מחנויות סברובסקי או לשלוח למשרדנו בכתובת: עין דור 20, חיפה, בין הימים ב'-ה' בשעות 10:00–15:00, בתיאום מראש בלבד, או באמצעות שליח בעלות של 35 ₪.
בעת משלוח בדואר, יש לוודא ביטוח ושליחה רשומה – סברובסקי לא תישא באחריות על נזקים, אובדן או גניבה בזמן ההובלה.

הוראות טיפול

תכשיטי האופנה והשעונים של סברובסקי הם מוצרים עדינים, המשובצים בקריסטלים בעבודת יד ומצופים במתכות איכותיות. להלן המלצות לשמירה על מראה וברק לאורך זמן:

  • יש לאחסן את המוצר באריזתו המקורית או בנרתיק רך למניעת שריטות.
  • אין לחשוף את התכשיט למים או לחומרי טיפוח – יש להסירו לפני מקלחת, שימוש בבושם, קרמים וכד'.
  • יש לנקות בעדינות בעזרת מטלית רכה בלבד.
  • יש להימנע ממכות שעלולות לגרום לשריטות או שבר בקריסטל.

פיגורינות (Crystal Creations)

יש לנקות את המוצר בזהירות עם מטלית ייעודית לקריסטלים או בד רך נטול מוך. אין להשרות במים ואין להשתמש בחומרי ניקוי זכוכית.

שעונים

יש לפעול בהתאם להוראות השימוש המצורפות לכל שעון.

 

Swarovski Warranty

Swarovski offers a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Swarovski products purchased from Swarovski own stores (including Online) or authorized Swarovski retailers. The warranty policy can be found under Customer Service at our website at any time. The terms of the warranty may vary between markets and regions. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Swarovski or an authorized Swarovski retailer is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Swarovski’s special product Care Advice. The Care Advice can be found in our website at any time.
Every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Swarovski or an authorized Swarovski retailer:

1. replaced by an identical piece, if available:
2. substituted with a piece of comparable value, or 
3. repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts. 

The damaged product should be given to the closest Swarovski Shop or an authorized Swarovski retailer that will send it to the local Swarovski sales company. If products are sent by mail, they should be insured and sent by certified or registered mail, as Swarovski cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft incurred during transport. 

This warranty service is provided free of charge. Please retain the purchase or delivery receipt, the gift receipt or the certificate of authenticity in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt or the certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this warranty. 

These warranty conditions apply if there are no specific warranty conditions granted for specific products. Swarovski reserves the right to amend or adapt these warranty conditions with implications for the future at its discretion at any time. 

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
